Born in Genoa on 29 April 1973, he graduated in law with honours and “dignità di stampa” (special mention and recommendation for publication) from the University of Genoa in 1999. He was admitted to the Genoa Bar in 2003.

He is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court.

He mainly deals with civil and commercial law, and has gained significant experience in the field of litigation in relation to all types of proceedings (ADR, commercial disputes, arbitration, etc.), at national and international level.

He focuses on the following areas:

complex litigation, especially in the areas of corporate and bankruptcy law, banking and financial law, as well as civil liability, filiation and inheritance;

bankruptcy and business crisis law, assisting bankruptcy receivers and commissioners in the performance of ordinary and extraordinary activities and in litigation involving the proceedings;

banking and financial market law, with particular expertise in computer fraud and complex financial products litigation, providing assistance both to banks, SGRs and other financial intermediaries and to qualified investors;

corporate law, assisting entrepreneurs and companies in the conduct of their business, as well as in litigations.
