Born in Busto Arsizio on 9 March 1978, in 2002 she graduated in law (with specialisation in international law) from the Catholic University of Milan, after having attended an academic year at KU Leuven (Belgium).

In 2003 she obtained a postgraduate master’s degree in Competition Law and International Contracts at the University of Milan Bicocca and has been, until 2007, Fellow (“Cultrice della Materia”) at the Catholic University of Milan, for Private International Law and National and International Arbitration Law.

She was admitted to the bar in 2005 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2006.

Before joining CBB Law since the opening of its Milan office in 2016, she worked with leading national and international law firms, engaging in transactional activities on matters of corporate/M&A, business and IP law.

She works with an array of both Italian and foreign industries (consumer and luxury goods, cosmetics and nutraceuticals, construction and energy, machinery and plants), assisting with their day-to-day operations, advising on general corporate matters and national and international commercial contracts aimed at consolidating and expanding their respective core business.

In particular, thanks to her expertise in international trade and competition law, she advises clients on business negotiations in trans-national contexts, including the structuring of corporate or commercial joint ventures abroad, the incorporation of companies or the establishment of branches, the organization and regulation of international distribution and agency networks (both brick-and-mortar and online) and supply chains, as well as the development, exploitation and protection of portfolios of intellectual property titles and other intangible assets.

She has gained extensive experience in M&A and real estate extraordinary transactions, assisting domestic and foreign corporate groups and investment funds in planning and structuring investments and divestitures, drafting deeds and contracts relating to or connected with the acquisition or sale of shareholdings and ongoing business concerns, mergers (including leveraged buy-outs) and demergers, transactions on the corporate capital, reorganizations of multinational groups, alliances and strategic collaborations, including related shareholders’ agreements and other agreements between shareholders or investors and related financing transactions.

She is fluent in English.
