Federico Odero was born in Genoa on 21 July 1972.
He graduated in Law at the University of Genoa in 1996 and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
Federico has developed a significant experience in litigation and dispute settlement, especially with reference to civil liability matters and, specifically, professional liability.
In addition, he provides out-of-court assistance in the following areas:
Evaluation, drafting and update of Organization and Management Models pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (concerning the prevention of criminal liability of legal persons);
- intellectual property law (trademarks and patents, both national and European),Internet law and information technology law, and copyright law;
- banking law, with a special focus on issues related to the accrual of compound interests and usury, arising either from bank account agreements with overdraft, and from loans and other credit facilities;
- Insurance law, assisting clients both in litigation proceedings and in the drafting and negotiation of the contractual terms set forth in the particular policy conditions;
- Sports law (he has assisted for a long time a premier league football club.
